About me
Quinn Kellis is a former superintendent who now serves the Utah State Board of Education in the areas of school leadership development, rural schools liaison, State Online Education Program, Accreditation, and oversees the Technology Supported Learning team. Dr. Kellis also works closely with the Center for Continuous School Improvement and other USBE departments to develop systems for student success.
